Before you put your business up for sale, ask yourself this question:
Do you yourself (not anyone else) know (really know, not just guessing) how much (in euros) your business (in whatever way you want to sell it) is worth (no wishfull thinking) in today's (not tomorrow's) marketplace (you're not the only one selling!) to a serious (not just a curious) buyer?
